We want you to love your Xirena pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
